Founding company, Avflex was formed to supply specialty consumables to the flexographic printing industry & quickly became recognised as a knowledgeable provider of technical solutions which advanced print quality.
Mason Grogan was established under the leadership of Meredyth Grogan to provide specialty materials to the Footwear & Podiatry manufacturing industries. Meredyth alongside the energetic & inspirational leadership of Arthur Grogan, forged many new partnerships with global manufacturers of innovative materials over the next decade and our evolution begun as a unique Australian based materials resource for manufacturers in new markets.
Defining the business segments of our core customer markets and organisational changes to support these distinctly different manufacturing environments. Launch of present day umbrella Grogan Group banner under which lie our business segment banners for Avflex, Mason Grogan Medical, Mason Grogan Consumer, and Mason Grogan Industrial and Grogan New Zealand.
Further expansion of our Industrial client base plus the addition of state of the art converting capabilities has led to a new role supporting offshore global customers with specialty materials and components.
